The “Château Bourgogne” restaurant, authentic Burgundy cuisine

The “Château Bourgogne” restaurant is open 7 days a week from 12 to 2pm and from 7pm to 10pm. Our chef Gonzalo Pineiro offers you, according to the seasons, traditional cuisine combining gastronomy and creativity for your entrées and courses. Our pastry chef Gérard Ledoux will convince you, each day, to sample his sweet dishes and pastries from his huge desert trolley.

The wine menu will surprise you, with its 300 appellations from Burgundy and elsewhere.

Receptions

The “Château Bourgogne” restaurant has private areas, for between 2 and 25 guests, as well as conference rooms and reception halls for 30 to 200 people.

Breakfast

A gourmet wake up call for the first meal of the day will served as a buffet in the “Château Bourgogne” restaurant from 6h 30 to 10h, or served on a plate in your room.

The Bar

« “Le Chanoine” is open until midnight.
Modernity, elegance and comfort combine in our bar, decorated in warm and harmonious colours.
Extend your evening with a glass or two after a concert at the Dijon Auditorium or Zénith.
